South Korean exports drop for 12 months

The world's sixth largest exporter South Korea suffered drop in exports throughout 2015. The exports fell 13.8 percent in December 2015 against the forecast of 11.7 percent. South Korea's trade surplus eased down to $7.2 billion in December 2015 from $10.32 billion from the previous month.

Top iron ore shipper forecasts 19% drop in 2016

Australia's Department of Industry & Science has lowered price forecast on iron ore for 2016 to $41.30 a metric ton from $51.20. Iron ore is the largest export earner for Australia, The export revenues fell 43 percent in 2015. The oversupply and slump in Chinese commodities market are keeping more pressure on iron ore prices.

UK factory output shrinks in Q3; exports drop

The bank has alo cautioned that if interest rate is inncreased then it'll cause high volatility in treasuries market. JPMorgan is expanding its retail operations network by setting up 100 new branches over next two years.
