GE sells transport finance unit to BMO
The US-based global major General Electric has decided to sel the transportation finance unit of GE Capital to BMO Financial Group. GE has decided to focus on its core industrial segment, while disposing non-interest business divisions. It has set a target of $100bn for 2015 through asset sale.
