Travel Kyushu Islands with Japan's First Luxury Cruise Train Seven Stars

To fully see the raw beauty of Kyushu Islands and to explore its seven known prefectures, high class rail travel sounds best. Luxury train has been around since the old age however, it was quite new in Japan. Japan had introduced their first cruise train, "Nanatsuboshi", or "Seven Stars in Kyushu" and it started the romance of luxury rail voyage in the country.

According to Japan Endless Discovery, it is operated by the Japanese company, JR Kyushu. The form of rail travel was launched back in the year 2013 for travelers who want to experience the first "in-land cruise" throughout the island of Kyushu. On its first tour courses in June 2014, it was fully booked right away. It has fourteen spacious and comfortable guestrooms with 12 suites and 2 exclusive deluxe suites, a lounge bar where passengers can relax with musical performances and entertainment and a dining car. With its fitted beautiful wood interior, fabric and alluring ceramics made by Kyushu locals, Stellar on board cuisine, guests will feel delighted and enjoy the travel.

The Cruise Train Seven Stars is owned by JR Kyushu Chairman Koji Karaike and designer Eiji Mitooka. Karaike collaboratively work with Mitooka and local artisans for the designs and furnished the train with their works of art. While on board the luxury train, passengers can appreciate the spectacular view of Kyushu scenery as it moves continually by the window.

The Seven stars offers two travel options, a long journey with 4 days/3 nights trip, an all around trip of Kyushu, including its most famous hot springs, volcanoes, and urban locations. While the other options 2 days/1 night that will only go round half of Kyushu beginning in Fukuoka and passing by Oita, Nagasaki, and Mt. Aso. Each of these run weekly, in "sessions" of 2 to 4 months, the Japan Rail Pass wrote.

Kyushu's Seven Stars represents the 7 most important aspects of a visit to the island of Kyushu, the hot springs, nature, power spots, history & culture, food, the friendliness of its people, and its train system.
