Malaysia Airlines Set to Intorduce its New A330-300 Business Class seats in April 2016

Malaysia Airlines will launch their newly transformed A330-300 Business Class seats. The Kuala Lumpur-based carrier also revealed the scheduled dates for launching and the set date to introduce the completed configuration of their 15 A330-300 aircraft types.

The Yahoo News reported, Malaysia Airlines revealed their latest upgraded features on its Business Class seats for their A330-300 aircraft on World Travel Market in London. The brand new seats are set to launch in April 2016 and the completed 15 A330-300 carriers with the latest configuration will be ready by the month of September 2016.

Christoph Mueller, the Malaysia Airlines Group Chief Executive Officer said, "We are very excited to be introducing this latest product from Malaysia Airlines. The new seats and configuration have been designed to give a superb space for work, play or sleep. All of our A330 business class seats will now feature fully flat beds allowing our guests the ultimate in comfort and versatility".

From the current A330's angled flat beds, it will be change into new spacious fully flat beds seats. Mueller also said before they will transform their Malaysian Airline into a "a world-class leading lie-flat seat positioned above the industry standard for business class." The first Airbus A330 with the upgraded business class seats will have its first flight route for Australia and Asia, according to the Australian Business Traveler.

The brand new business class seats features 43-inch seat pitch that will let passengers to have comfortable working space area. Every seat is also equipped with power outlet and USB port and with large single leaf meal tray table that also have a room for a notebook or tablet. The reading light gives optimal lighting for comfortable position while reading. The seats also feature entertainment system such as a Panasonic 16-inch touch screen in-flight while enjoying culinary on board meals. With the 20.6-inch wide seat turns into a fully flat 76-inch bed with plush bed linen, passengers will experience extra comfort, the One Mile at a Time wrote.

The CEO added, "This product will make us more competitive against other full-service carriers and is part of the airline's push to be more customer centric, offering new, personalized and innovative products." Malaysia Airlines currently operates A330-300 with 27 Business Class seats and 263 Economy Class seats.
