With the new card, UAE cardholders can enjoy great rewards that include instant SPG Gold status and 50,000 bonus Starpoints.

The 50,000 bonus Starpoints include 25,000 points upon activation and the remaining 25,000 points after $20,000 in Spend in the first three months. The SPG Gold status earned is a big bonus as it could only be earned after attaining $30,000 spend in the U.S. A joining fee of AED 2,500 ($680) is needed  for the first year while the year that follows require AED 1,500 ($408) annual fee, View From The Wing Boarding Area.

ENBD is also providing up to four complimentary airport transfers in the UAE and selected cities in India, and a free access to more than 500 lounge key airports all across the world.

According to The Points Guy, SPG from American Express differs entirely in a lot of ways. The US card offers bonuses including unlimited Boingo Wi-Fi, elite credits, and complimentary premium internet at Starwood properties.  Sign up bonus is 25,000 points after spending $3,000 in the first three months.
