The Children's Home in Amarillo, Texas, received a $50,000 check left under a baby Jesus figure by an anonymous donor.

The Bristol Herald Courier reported that officials from the group got a mysterious call that advised them to check under the infant saviour figure at the Nativity scene outside the establishment. A receptionist discovered the envelope that contained the check.

"A gift like this is inspiring and when our kids see generosity like this it inspires them to give back and serve others," said the organization's President Darrin Murphy in a report by Charisma News. "A gift such as this helps us to be able to continue providing the basic needs for our kids and allows them to have enriched lives and futures."

AL wrote that the group tried to contact the donor whose name was written on the check. The man who gave the money was inspired by the works of Children's Home. The donor wishes to remain anonymous.

The charitable organization is located at 3400 Bowie Street. Some news outlet even resorted to call the donation "The Miracle on 34^th."

The Children's Home is an organisation that offers a place to stay for at-risk youngsters. The group depends on donations, which makes up about 75 percent of their funds, to help the youngsters. They help children as young as 5 years old to young adults.

Their homes give proven age-appropriate techniques to teach the children the skills needed to be successful in life. These children are taught success-skills such as how to ace in job interviews, how to create healthy relationships, and even things as simple as table manners.

However, the center of the organization is the love and compassion from their Family Teaching couples. The organization also provides academic services, psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health counselors to support the children's growth. A big cost is needed to provide for these programs, and a donation such as the one that was placed under Jesus is very much appreciated.
