Earlier this year, Xiaomi and Microsoft announced an experimental program for all of their windows phone users who would love to see the newer version of Windows 10 operating system installed on Xiaomi Mi4.  According to Microsoft Operating System Software Engineer Institute Director, a Xiaomi made Mi4 smartphone capable of running Windows 10 could be launched somewhere around Thanksgiving.

The director, has also released a photo of smartphone which is seen running a Microsoft windows 10, so there are no doubts now that Xiaomi will surely be announcing something new regarding its Windows phones and Mi4 this month, as reported by SoftPedia.

Despite the fact that Xiaomi Mi4 has been available for public purchase for a year now, its still under the flagship of Xiaomi and officially their property. The company also plans to launch a couple of latest Xiaomi manufactured smartphones in the market in coming few weeks, but the Xiaomi Mi5 is not expected to get a release until next year.

Chinese Company Xiaomi previously also stated that it "will release the ROM pack soon for MIUI forum." It will be amusing to see how the android software runs on a Windows OS device and what will the response of public over this experiment. as Neowin reports.

In the other news, Microsoft has removed Windows 10 from all of its servers, as reported by ZDNet. Without any reasons or explanations, Microsoft has removed the November update of Windows 10 OS from the download page.

The public is unaware of what has happened and people are downloading the previous versions because they are left with no options instead.

Microsoft also updated its installer files using a free download media creation tool when it announced the latest update of Windows 10 this November. The officials of the company also recommended the tool to the Windows 10 users.

The upgrade option was working fine till last week. This weekend, however, the new update files have been withdrawn and the media creation tool instead installs the July 2015 update.

A Microsoft spokesman believes the change is a surprise and it was not really planned. "The November update was originally available via the MCT tool, but we have decided that future installs should be through Windows update. People can still download windows 10 using the MCT tool if they wish. The November update will be delivered via Windows update."

This sudden change was not announced by any Microsoft officials or press releases. The only hint given was a line added to the download page, "These downloads can't be used to update Windows 10 PCs to the November update (Version 1511)."

Xiaomi Mi4 comes in with a 13 Megapixel excellent rear camera with the ability of auto-focus, 4K recording and powerful LED flash as well as a secondary camera no less than 8 Megapixels for capturing a super cool selfie.
