Two of the leading Middle Eastern Carriers, Etihad Airways in United Arab Emirates and Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar become the giants among the other international country flag carriers. Aside from restructuring and expanding their aircrafts, these Middle Eastern carriers had been showcasing their luxurious amenities and services on its business class. Etihad and Qatar airlines have the best long haul business class, however, these two giant fleet had been battling out which is better.

According to the One Mile at a Time, when it comes to the plane seats, the two carriers have several types of plane seats. However, all in all, Etihad Airways had lurching seats on their business class while on a long period of flight. These seats are on their carriers, A380s, A340s and 777s. While the Qatar airways have a great variance in their products.

Qatar's A330s and A340s have "angled" flat seats and their 777s have fully flat seats. These kind of seats is cozy and roomy. Also on their A350s, A380s and 787s have their newest herringbone seats. When it comes to the food serve, Qatar has the best catering since they have good culinary art presentation skills when serving. While Etihad has a "dine on demand" concept. 

In terms of crew services, Etihad and Qatar Airways has innovative hospitality and attentive flight attendants. But Qatar has strict policies over their flight crews that might be a reason they are more careful when interacting on their customers.

The Etihad Airways is has the best wife services. It's affordable and has unlimited data usage. While on Qatar airways, some of their carriers like the 777s have no wifi. However, on their A350s and A380, wifi is available but it's not that cheap. In general, both have the best amenities and has great services in terms of food and service crews.
