Investment bank JPMorgan Chase & Co. will be having its annual speaker series live on YouTube on October 14 featuring Jenn Lim of Delivering Happiness.

Business Wire reports that JPMorgan Chase & Co. financial services for small enterprises will be holding its annual speaker series on YouTube this October 14. The Jenn Lim from Delivering Happiness, a company that helps in applying various contexts of happiness to individuals and organizations, will be featured in the live series.

"I am excited to share the lessons we've learned from Zappos and companies around the world on how happiness and culture can impact small businesses!" Jenn Lim said in the news release.

Delivering Happiness had built a sustainable culture that would bring the best on every employee to achieve company profit. The company is co-founded by Lim and Tony Hsieh; the owner of Zappos.com. The name is based on the book "Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose".

Lim also works as a consultant at Zappos. She authored the Zappos' Culture Book, teaching how companies could utilize happiness to raise efficiency and success. They promote the use of a very simple business model; happier employees = happier customers = profitable/sustainable business, which in turn, brings in a more meaningful life.
